Vinted Members Share Anger Over Size Changes
Vinted users have been reacting angrily after an update resulted in listings displaying inaccurate size information.
This online marketplace has revised its size classifications for female and kids' apparel without notifying every member regarding the update.

Many shoppers and sellers are expressing on platforms saying Vinted listings now show an altered size classification than originally posted because of the remapping.
The company said the revised method more closely matches comparable marketplaces.
The platform has recommended to examine their items and adjust the sizing manually if necessary, resulting in member annoyance.
Sizing System Modifications
Earlier, the sizing featured a single numeric size and a letter, like S/8 or M/10.
The new system has a letter and a range such as S/UK 8-10.
With some products, the sizing has been recategorised - like an L measurement was previously a 12 but is now a UK 16-18.

A fashion influencer, who makes TikTok content about plus-size fashion, said the change "makes both selling and buying harder".
"Rarely do manufacturers list XL as sizes 20-22," as the platform currently indicates.
Stephanie Gallen, based in Glasgow, explained products she uploaded featuring size 14 markings were appearing on the platform as measurements 20-22.
"If anyone [who is] size 20-22 buys them they will likely be quite upset," she said.
Manual Updates
A different user, from Derby, stated she felt frustrated because the modification necessitated personal updates the sizes on "every single listing".
"This situation is especially annoying, since I have chronic health issues and Vinted sales have been crucial for me since losing part of my income," she explained.
Marketplace Information
The app has more than 100 million shoppers, with 18 million British users.
It has become a favored option compared to resale services such as eBay and Depop.
This represents another occasion when a surprising modification on the platform has faced criticism: earlier, the service retracted a modification regarding delivery choices following member complaints.
